Anna is an EU Qualified Architect, member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and Fellow of Higher Education Academy. She holds a Masters in Architectural Design (AVATAR) from the Bartlett, UCL. She has a broad range of experience in the industry working for national and international design-led practices. Anna taught as a Visiting Professor in architecture at the IE University in Segovia, Spain and as a Senior Lecturer in interior design at Falmouth University. Anna's research focuses on biomaterials, biosensing, responsive building systems, sustainable design and smart wearables. She is a member of the Unconventional Computing Lab at the University of the West of England. She is currently researching the sensing and decision-making potential of fungal wearables and building systems and their response to environmental, chemical and mechanical stimuli.
