The shelter is the basis of the artefact to be produced for this project. For this case study I have chosen a wildlife hide as the use of the shelter based on the site context.

This project seeks to investigate how shape grammars can determine the three-dimensional spacial qualities inherent in such a shelter.

This will be achieved by first taking the unwrapped surface of the structure and through shape grammars divide the surface to layout primary structural ribs, then repeating this process for secondary structure.
